What Information Do We Collect?
If you were to place an order through our on-line shop, or request samples of merchandise or promotional goods, such as HeroCards etc, then we would need to know various details in order to fulfil your request. These might include your name, company name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone and or fax number. This basic information allows us to process your enquiry and offer a timely response. Such data is used solely for the purpose of satisfying your enquiry, and is never passed on to third parties.

Cookies & Web Statistics
This website employs cookies. Although we never check or examine cookies individually, they do allow us to monitor some very general statistics about the website and the traffic that visits it. Using Google Analytics and other similar webmaster tools, we can assess the volume of visitors to the site during the course of the race season, as well as where visitors are coming from, the links they have used to reach the site, keywords they may have used in search engines, and so forth. We do not have the facility in relation to this website to make any further use of the information that cookies may contain.

Personal Information

How We Use This Information?
RML AD Group and associated companies may use the information you supply in order to process and fulfil the service(s) that you have requested. The information you provide merely enables us to treat you more personally, with efficiency and speed. The information is also used to communicate with you regarding your contact with us and to respond accordingly. We may use your email address to respond to incoming requests from you and, occasionally, to collect your feedback.

Media and Press Releases
We hold a database of media and personal contacts of those who have asked to be kept informed of the team's racing activities. We mail out items of news and information to individuals on that database at various times through the year, including before, during and after specific race meetings, and whenever we have news and information which we believe will be of interest to our media contacts and the public they serve.

It is never our intention to mail out material that is of little or no interest to the recipient. If you receive an email from us, and believe that this has been sent to you in error, or it is inappropriate to your sphere of interest, please let us know. We can either remove your details from our database, or amend our record so that you only receive more appropriate mailings in future.

If you are not currently on our mailing list, but would like to be added, please feel free to contact us by submitting an email request.

Please note that we do not distribute marketing communications and neither will we pass on your contact details to third parties. The mailing list associated with this website is motorsport-related only. However, unless they have specifically requested that this does not happen, contacts on our mailing list may occasionally receive additional emails about other teams, drivers and companies having close associations with RML, AD Group or our communications agency, CMC Graphics.
